Nutrition and Dietetics
What is Nutrition about?
Good nutrition is essential for ensuring good health and reducing the risk of chronic disease or illness.
Our nutritional requirements change throughout our lives but there is so much conflicting information around telling us what we should and shouldn’t be eating and drinking, it is difficult to know what to do.
Our dietitians and nutritionists are experts in providing practical and realistic advice to help you achieve your nutritional goals or manage your condition.
Our guidance is based on robust, scientific evidence and we work with you to make sure that any changes required are easy to implement and sustainable, using everyday foods and drinks.
We will not sell you any supplements, foods, drinks or detox programmes.

Who will I see?
Paula Wood is the founder of Hartwood Health and a highly experienced dietitian. You can read more about her by clicking below.
Here's what a client, Lisa, had to say:
"I can thoroughly recommend Paula. She has put me back on track with food, which in turn is helping me to lose weight at a controlled and steady rate.
I've had food intolerances for many years now, which had left me making the wrong food choices and not considering a good 'balance' with the food I was eating. With Paula's support and advice, I'm now sleeping better, losing weight and I feel more energised than I have for years! Thank you, thank you, thank you."
