Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy helps to restore our movement when it has been affected by injury, illness or disability. This can be anything from a nigging pain through to rehabilitation after surgery. Physiotherapy can also help us to look after ourselves to reduce our risk of injury in the future.
Our physiotherapists will discuss your problem with you and perform a physical examination to determine a diagnosis. They will be able to advise on movement, exercise and physical activity and can provide you with a tailored programme. Manual therapy will be used to help alleviate stiffness and help to increase movement.
The best course of treatment and how many sessions you will need will be discussed with you, taking into account your goals and expectations.
