Our Guernsey Dietetics Service has Grown!

Guernsey has expert dietetic guidance via Island Nutrition

We are pleased to announce that our Guernsey-based dietetic services, led by Helen Simpson, have moved to their own dedicated home at Island Nutrition.

To provide a more focused service for our Guernsey community, all dietetic consultations are now managed through our sister site, Island Nutrition.

 

You will still be working with Helen Simpson at our familiar surgery locations, but you can now access specific resources and booking information for our core specialties online:

  • Clinical Dietetics: Specialist support for Diabetes, Lipid lowering, and heart health.
     

  • Gut Health: Expert guidance for IBS, food intolerances, and gastrointestinal disorders.
     

  • Family & Paediatrics: Support for childhood nutrition, selective eating, and adolescence.
     

  • Weight Management: Sustainable, lifestyle-led approaches to weight health.

Our Locations

As well as appointments at St. Sampson's and St. Martin's Medical Centres, Helen also offers:

  • Telephone consultations

  • Videocall / Virtual consultations

  • Home visits

 

All of these are now managed via Island Nutrition.
