WHAT WE OFFER

Indian Head Massage

What is Indian Head Massage?

Indian Head Massage is a traditional therapy based on ancient Ayurvedic techniques, focusing on the scalp, face, neck, and shoulders to relieve tension and promote relaxation.

Using a combination of soothing strokes and pressure-point techniques, it helps balance energy, calm the nervous system, and improve overall wellbeing.

It offers a natural way to reduce stress, ease muscle tension, and restore a sense of calm — ideal if you're feeling mentally overwhelmed, physically tight in the neck or shoulders, or simply in need of some time out.

It may also help with a range of physical and emotional symptoms, including:

  • Tension headaches and migraines

  • Stiff neck and shoulders

  • Stress and anxiety

  • Mental fatigue and poor concentration

  • Sinus congestion

  • Poor sleep and low energy

While not a medical treatment, many people find it complements other therapies and supports their overall health.

Why should I have Indian Head Massage?

What should I expect?

You can stay fully clothed throughout your Indian Head Massage. We recommend wearing a loose-fitting top, or something that gives easy access to your shoulders and upper back, as this area is often included in the treatment.

If oils are used, your therapist will let you know in advance and make sure you're comfortable throughout. Many clients find the treatment deeply relaxing, and enjoy better sleep, improved focus, and a refreshed mood afterward.

Who Will I See?
