What is Tsuboki?

Tsuboki Massage is a unique therapy that combines several different therapies to provide an overall sense of relaxation.

"Tsuboki" involves massaging a small part of the body to influence the overall health of the person.

It focuses on muscles and acupressure points (tsubo), inspired by the principles of meridian therapy. It aims to balance energy flow and promote a sense of health and being grounded.

What should I wear?

Tsuboki Japanese Massage is performed with you fully clothed, usually lying comfortably on a massage couch. We suggest wearing a loose-fitting top so your neck and shoulders can be easily accessed. No oils are used, and your face will be gently cleansed before the massage begins.
