ABOUT US
Ingrid Wienholts
Biodynamic Massage Therapist & Body Psychotherapist
Ingrid is a Body Psychotherapist working with adults and trained for four years at the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy. She is also a qualified Biodynamic Massage Therapist and Lifestyle/Executive Coach and has run her private practice since 2022.
Before training as a psychotherapist, Ingrid spent 30 years in the corporate world as a senior manager, leading teams and coaching others. This experience gave her deep insight into workplace stress, mental health, and relationship dynamics – areas that continue to shape her therapeutic work.
“Life can be beautiful, joyful, and rich,” Ingrid says, “but it also brings pain, loss, and uncertainty. Many of us try to manage or make sense of it all, often feeling anxious, low, or disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, or what truly matters. My work is about helping you find your way back—to yourself, your body, and your sense of aliveness.”
Ingrid works with both body and mind, using conversation, therapeutic touch, movement, sensation work, and dream exploration.
Outside of work, Ingrid loves hiking adventures and animals – she shares her home with two dogs, a cat, and three rabbits – and is as curious about dog psychology as she is about human nature.
