ABOUT US

Amy Sutton

GOsC Registered Osteopath

Amy studied at Swansea University, where she trained in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including acute sports injuries, postural-related pain, and arthritic conditions. Her approach centres on restoring mobility and building strength to support recovery from both new injuries and long-standing pain.

Amy combines hands-on osteopathic treatment with personalised home exercise programmes, ensuring patients are actively involved in their recovery. She places great emphasis on understanding each patient’s individual health goals and develops tailored treatment plans to help them achieve lasting results.

She particularly enjoys treating lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension, postural issues, arthritic conditions, and complaints commonly experienced by desk-based workers.

Outside the clinic, Amy has a strong sporting background, having captained her university’s second football team. She also enjoys going to the gym and hiking. This experience gives her a practical understanding of how sport and exercise affect the body, and how movement can be used effectively to support rehabilitation and a return to full fitness.
