Re-Set Online Weight Loss Programme!

We are running our 6 -week online weight loss programme starting on Monday 15th June 2020!
There are so many different and faddy diets around - all promising fantastic weight losses in a short period of time. Sounds great - but these aren't sustainable (or usually safe) in the long term and you slip back into your habits and you re-gain the weight that you have lost.
We have developed a weight loss programme that provides you with understanding of nutrition so that you know what to eat and why you should be eating it. Lots of diets lose sight of this and just tell you what to eat - mapping out all your meals, drinks and snacks so that you don't really have to think about what you are doing. Being able to understand what makes a balanced, healthy meal is really important and how you can achieve this most days - being realistic is key!
The programme is run by our two experienced dietitians, Paula and Helen, and our nutritionist Ellie. We are able to support you in this programme and help you find ways to overcome the problems or barriers that may be stopping you from losing weight.
What to expect:
Tailored eating plan based on your nutritional requirements
Weekly online education sessions (Monday evenings at 6.30pm)
Small and informal group (no more than 10 people in a programme)
Three individual follow up telephone calls over the six week programme
Meal ideas and planning
Support and accountability in a closed Facebook group with continual access to dietitians and nutritionists
A steady and sustainable weight loss
The cost of this programme is £60 and there will be the option of continuing in the group after the programme has finished.
